How Do I Place An Order?

Simply click on the item to view it closely and find out more about the product. Click a second time to add it to your shopping cart, when you have finished, simply go to your shopping cart and pay.

Payment and Shipping

Please take the time to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct and accurate and that there will be somebody available to sign for and take delivery of the goods. All orders within the UK are delivered using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of a Courier or the Royal Mail. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

International Shipping

All of our product ships directly from our studio in London. If you are ordering from overseas your order may be subject to ' Import Fees' levied by the country of destination. It depends on where you live and what your governments polices on imports are. If you have any questions or queries regarding shipping to your country, and any associated 'Import Fees" don't hesitate to drop us an email at info@tuloladesigns.com and we can will endevour to any questions you may have.


We have partnered with DHL to provide our customers with International Door-Step Delivery Service. DHL has the world’s largest express delivery network so that we can get your order from our studio your front step in the shortest time possible. DHL enables us to provide our customers with door-to-door, time-definite deliveries. No matter where you are in the world we offer a flat rate of £29 to deliver your order directly to your door step with minimal transit times.

Returns & Refunds
We have a dedicated team ensuring that your product reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that this does not happen, please contact us within 7 days of recipt in order to have your item replaced. We must receive the item in order for us to replace it. This does not include earrings.
